Our mission is to address the evident and growing skills and talent gaps within the healthcare industry across Europe.
The talent shortage threatens the sustainability and growth potential of the healthcare industry. Therefore, addressing it is of key strategic importance for us.
As the largest community of health innovators in Europe, we are uniquely placed to address the healthcare talent shortage. To do so, we work around 4 main axes :
We engage with actors from the sector to understand their needs in terms of skills, training, and recruitment. This enables us to tailor training programmes that meet these needs.
We use our pan-EU media and communication campaigns to promote the health sector as a sector in which talents from all professional backgrounds and career levels can thrive. In doing so, we build a new European talent pool.
Your donations will support the co-development of education programmes with EIT Health, tailored to needs previously identified, whether it is to skill, upskill, or reskill talents.
Our goal through this axis is to use an AI-powered platform and services to match talent and employers.
