The talent shortage threatens the sustainability and growth potential of the healthcare industry. Therefore, addressing it is of key strategic importance for us.
TalenForce
TALENFORCE is the commercial arm of the WorkinHealth Foundation. It consists of a platform connecting Healthcare corporates to European Higher Education institutions with the goal of supporting the training, recruitment, and retention of skilled talents.
TALENFORCE contributes directly and indirectly to 10 out of 17 of the U.N.’s SDG Goals. By becoming a TALENFORCE customer, companies and Higher Education Institutions act to secure EU Sanitary and Economic Sovereignty.

Our Ambassadors
The role of our Ambassadors is to promote our Foundation’s mission, objectives and activities, while enhancing its visibility and credibility.
We have developed Ambassador partnerships with various organisations across the health sector. We chose to join forces with them because the members of these clusters, networks, and initiatives, are directly impacted by the current skills and talent gap. Together with our Ambassadors, we work to support them and provide a solution to their recruitment issues.

EIT Health was established in 2015, as a ‘knowledge and innovation community’ (KIC) of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT). The EIT is made up of various KICs who each focus on a different sector, or area, of innovation – in our case, that is health and aging. The idea behind the EIT KICs is that innovation flourishes best when the right people are brought together to share expertise. The so called ‘knowledge triangle’, is the principle that when experts from business, research and education work together as one, an optimal environment for innovation is created.
